No. We are a medical travel support and care coordination service. We help overseas patients navigate planning, communication, travel arrangements, interpretation, escort support, and follow-up coordination in China.

Do you provide online diagnosis?

No. This website and our initial communication do not replace medical diagnosis, treatment advice, or emergency care.

What kind of support do you provide?

Depending on the case, we may help with planning, translation support, travel coordination, escort support, appointment coordination, and follow-up arrangements.

Can you help with translation and travel?

Yes. Depending on the situation, we may support medical interpretation, travel planning, airport pickup coordination, accommodation guidance, and in-China escort arrangements.

Which care areas do you support?

We commonly support coordination across dental, dermatology, cardiovascular, orthopedics, gynecology, fertility, neurosurgery, oncology-related pathways, ophthalmology, and TCM or rehabilitation.

Do you provide emergency help?

No. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please contact your local emergency services immediately.

What should I include in my first message?

Please include your preferred language, country or region, whether you are a patient, family member, or partner, your general care area or cooperation need, and your expected timeline.

Should I send my medical records or passport details in the first message?

No. Please do not send passports, medical records, images, insurance numbers, or other sensitive information in your first message. If additional information is needed later, we will explain the next appropriate step.

Which languages do you support?

Our website is available in English, Spanish, French, German, and Chinese. Communication support availability for live coordination should be confirmed during the initial conversation.
